Folding Poster How on earth do health care professionals or first responders stay confident and calm is high-stress and high-stake situations? Where ultimately, their decision could be the difference between life and death, or slightly less seriously, the difference between a healthy recovery or a not so good one. 

This folding poster educates readers on how paramedics, surgeons, doctors etc stay confident and composed; what techniques they may use to do this. It will also serve as a recourse for said professionals to use, learning different practises and ways in which they can maintain confidence and a level head, they will be able to see they are not alone in their endeavour.
